Good location all transport available from here. Foods are good, room service also good. Receptionist need to be better. Street foods are also available nearby areas. Only one problem the are closest after 9pm. All Shops are closed after 9pm food stalls and restaurants also. Keep it in mind when you visit basti.

It was okay I had fine experience here No complaints✓ Not as Bad as I read in reviews Room was clean and washroom was fine too My experience with staff was great. Totally Helpful and co-operative. The only thing I will complain about is that they need to work on "Food Service" Whenever I tried in their resturant to have a dinner the dish wasn't available 😐 so I had to go outside for dinner and everything. See it's a small city so if you are coming with expectations of top tier city facilities then you will be disappointed.
